How long does recovery take?

Follow the recovery instructions for your exact model. Current BoxSofa catalogue entries specify 24-72 hours after unpacking. If the shape remains concerning after the stated period, contact support with your order number and photos.

Is delivery free?

Basic delivery is free to approved standard areas. Approved remote areas add EUR 20 per order. Exceptional destinations may require a quote or review; the address is checked before payment. See the shipping policy for current conditions.

Can I pay online now?

Yes. Secure card payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. BoxSofa does not store full card details.

How does membership work?

After confirmed paid orders reach EUR 300, the customer becomes a member and future orders receive a 10% discount.
