International delivery with address checks before payment

All sofas use compressed packaging to make delivery easier for apartments, narrow stairs and compact lifts.

Approved delivery countries

BoxSofa accepts orders from approved destinations across Europe and selected countries in North America, the Asia-Pacific region and Southeast Asia. The delivery address is checked before Stripe Checkout is created.

Standard and remote areas

Basic delivery is free to approved standard areas. Approved remote regions, including the Canary Islands and the explicitly supported Middle East remote areas, receive one fixed EUR 20 surcharge per order and can pay online after the address check. Overseas territories, exclaves and other exceptional service areas still require a shipping quote before payment.

Compliance review

Some destinations require legal, payment or carrier review. These addresses cannot continue to online payment until BoxSofa confirms that the order can be accepted.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 23-30 working days. Customers receive an order confirmation after checkout and shipment details when the order leaves the warehouse.

Compressed packaging

Products are vacuum-compressed to reduce volume. Please keep enough room for unpacking and allow up to 48 hours for the sofa to recover its full shape.

Tracking

After shipment, the seller can add a logistics tracking number in the admin dashboard. Customers can view delivery progress from their order page after login.
