Products marked as European stock are estimated to arrive in 3–7 days from payment to receipt throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. This is the total order-to-delivery window. Orders containing other styles retain the timing shown for each style and may arrive separately. Delivery fees and any exceptional-address quote or review are confirmed before payment.
BoxSofa accepts orders from approved destinations across Europe and selected countries in North America, the Asia-Pacific region and Southeast Asia. The delivery address is checked before Stripe Checkout is created.
Basic delivery is free to approved standard areas. Approved remote regions, including the Canary Islands and the explicitly supported Middle East remote areas, receive one fixed EUR 20 surcharge per order and can pay online after the address check. Overseas territories, exclaves and other exceptional service areas still require a shipping quote before payment.
Some destinations require legal, payment or carrier review. These addresses cannot continue to online payment until BoxSofa confirms that the order can be accepted.
Other styles are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after payment, with estimated delivery 12-30 days after dispatch. This timing applies to products without the European stock label. Customers receive an order confirmation after checkout and shipment details after dispatch.
Products are vacuum-compressed to reduce volume. Keep enough room for unpacking and follow the recovery instructions for the exact model. Current catalogue entries specify 24-72 hours; contact support if concerns remain after the stated window.
After shipment, the seller can add a logistics tracking number in the admin dashboard. Customers can view delivery progress from their order page after login.
